Franchise Business Review results show TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is exceeding standards

The Franchise Business Review survey continues to show success for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and brings new ideas to improve the system this year. Franchise Business Review is the most respected source of independent franchise information, highlighting today’s top franchise opportunities — based exclusively on the ratings and reviews from thousands of franchise owners. At the end of 2014, we asked our franchisees to complete the survey, which gave them an opportunity to be honest about the past year and share their perceptions of the company and franchisor.

The FBR survey results illustrate the success of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and provides a focal point for us to see how we place among other franchise brands. Franchisees were asked for their feedback in 43 subcategories within Leadership, Training and Support, Franchise SystemTruck logo, Core Values, Franchise Community, Self-Evaluation, Financial Opportunity, and General Satisfaction. Of the 43 categories, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® exceeded industry averages in 38 of them.

“I’m grateful that we continue to evaluate the partnership between Home Office and our franchisees and that our system continues to perform at such high standards,” said Jeff Wesley, CFO of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. “On the other side, I love the input and seeing how we can continue to improve the results and the relationship between us and the system.”

When looking at the FBR results, Wesley said he’s excited about seeing the company’s records over the years.

“The system should be very proud of the hard work and effort that has resulted in such record success,” he said. “I’m also excited about what can happen if we continue the partnership with our franchisees at a high level. We are doing so well and so aligned when you compare us to other systems.  We have tremendous opportunities ahead for our system as we look to accomplish our vision”

Jeff Knowles, a franchisee in Tampa, Fla., is pleased with the Franchise Business Review results.

“We’re part of a class-act system and the FBR survey really shows that off. Hopefully these results will bring in excellent future franchisees who will help grow our brand,” he said. “The FBR survey is important because it gives a true and realistic vision of what to expect out of a franchise system and how we rank compared to others. I complete the survey every year and try to be as thorough and constructive as possible. IFBR cover randy believe it gives our franchisor a real picture of the positives and negatives from the franchisee’s point of view.”

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® President Randy Shacka said the overall results are very positive for the system. He believes that although there were many positive aspects that came out of the survey, it’s imperative to focus on the 2015 improvements that can be taken from the feedback.

“In addition to the positive feedback we receive and no matter how successful we become, there will always be room for improvement,” he said.

After 10 consecutive years on the FBR’s top franchise list, we have been entered in the Franchise Business Review Hall of Fame. It’s such a blessing to be included in the Hall of Fame while receiving brand recognition! We are looking forward to continue placing among the best franchises in the nation for years to come.

As time goes on, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® will continue to use the FBR results each year to continue growing and making improvements to the system.
