When you’ve grown a business over three-plus decades and expanded to more than 300 franchise locations, you learn a thing or two about the world of franchising and business ownership.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK has built our brand around a franchising model that is sustainable for people of all business backgrounds, and we are continually working hard to tweak and adjust it so that our franchise business owners can experience both financial growth and a rewarding experience.

“Franchising with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and can have a profound impact on you and your family,” said Dan Shunk, a multi-unit franchisee with four locations in Illinois. “This isn’t a hobby business – it’s immersive and grows to be a huge part of you. You can have a huge impact on your community and your staff. As long as you are willing and able to make the personal, financial and time investment required, the type of business you create can have a great impact on you and everyone it touches.”

Our franchise development team is looking for franchise prospects that want to grow with our brand, and we have territories available in sections of the country we feel could really expand the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK network.

As for the process of becoming a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchisee, there are some important steps that need to be taken. It’s a system designed to find people who are the best fit for our brand, and we do our best to provide all of the necessary information to potential franchisees for them to make an educated and safe business decision.

“Buying a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise was seamless for me,” said Holly Stewart, a multi-unit franchisee with two locations in the state of Georgia. “The franchise development team was very helpful through the entire process. They were always available for any questions I had, and really made me feel comfortable about the whole business.”

Step 1 – Application

This is the initial inquiry of franchising with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK – a checkpoint to see if you’re a fit for our brand and how you can work within our franchising network. We want to know why you’re interested in franchising with us, and we’ll provide you a chance to chat with our franchise development team about anything you want to know.

Step 2 – Franchise Disclosure Document

This step of the process presents you with this document to educate you on the foundation of our company, and it lays out what is expected from our franchisees and what you can expect from our brand.

After extensive review of the franchise document, we encourage you to engage with franchisees in our system with a goal of finding out the answers to any questions you have about franchising with us.

Step 3 – Planning

Here, we break down everything with you and discuss your overall business plan for when you open a franchise. You can also create a vision for your TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise location, and outline where you want to see it go.

After this, you’re invited to “Discovery Day”, where you’ll get the chance to travel to Lansing, Mich., and visit our Home Office team and learn how we operate, as well as the keys to success in franchising.

Step 4 – Rewarding

This is the beginning of your new journey with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK! From here, we work on the next steps of getting the doors open at your new franchise location and getting you set up to begin operations.
