The TWO MEN AND A TRUCK family atmosphere  is a big driving force that keeps our employees motivated and moving forward with their careers.

Part of the encouragement in moving careers forward is the  Mary Ellen’s Moving People Forward Scholarship Program, which is a year-long program consisting of training courses, assignments, and presentation of a business plan at the end of the program. In the end, one person is chosen as the official winner, and is given $50,000 toward starting their own TWO MEN AND A TRUCK moving franchise in partnership with their current franchisee!

This keeps our tradition of promoting from within going strong and gives existing members in the company the motivation to continue working hard toward their goals of becoming a business owner one day. Continue reading

Attendees – who range from frontline employees all the way to franchisees and Home Office team members – sit in on keynote speakers, informational training sessions, and participate in other activities as they learn more about where we’re heading as a brand. For DJ Cook, a driver at our Polk County, Fla., location and David Woods, a move consultant at our Raleigh, N.C. location – their Annual Meeting experience had a different feel from the rest of the attendees.
