TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchisees come from all different professional backgrounds, and that’s what allows our franchisee network to be so diverse and a fantastic resource for new owners in the system.

For Franchisee Pete Ruffing – who operates the Jacksonville and St. Augustine locations in Fla. – his TWO MEN AND A TRUCK journey started when he worked for the Home Office location in Lansing, Mich., as a franchise business consultant. Ruffing was able to learn the system from a broader perspective overseeing franchise operations, and the allure of the frontline lifestyle was what interested him in becoming a franchisee. Hard work pays off to those who put in the time, and for Mike Reps, he’s another great example of a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchisee that’s worked their way up to ownership.

Prior to becoming a franchisee, Reps worked for the Rochester, Minn., franchise location as a general manager for almost three years. Things took a big turn for Reps earlier this year when he was officially introduced as a new franchisee for the Rochester location – a process that was extensive, but worth it. Continue reading

Not only did we begin establishing ourselves in a new area – we also launched our new mini-market franchise model, which aims to open franchises in areas with smaller populations. It’s been a learning experience for both locations – located in Kalispell and Missoula – but the reception has been solid for both after one official year of operation. Continue reading
