TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchising allows franchisees to take advantage of multiple revenue streams in the business

The key to any successful business – regardless of the industry – is having access to multiple channels of revenue in order to diversify your business and see a return on the investment you made.

At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, we’ve worked diligently to continue diversifying revenue streams and ensuring our franchisees have the right service options available to them to serve all moving needs for local customers.

People may think of us as just home movers – rightly so – but we’re able to offer so much more to customers than just moving from one home to the next. We offer long-distance relocation, storage options, junk removal, packing services, in-home and load-only moving, business moving, corporate relocation – the list goes on and on.

All of these services were developed with the intention of being the go-to resource for someone looking to move, and we knew it was imperative to give our franchisees as many options as possible to grow their franchises.

“Franchising with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK gives you the ability to run a small business with the support of a very caring system,” said Josh Payne, franchisee of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Canton, Ohio, location. “The revenue and profit potential in comparison to other franchising opportunities is incredible. When you add those things with the ability to truly help people and make a difference in the community, it is an opportunity everyone should look into.”

As our service options have expanded, so has our company footprint, and we are now open in 46 states across America, as well as in Canada, Ireland, and the United Kingdom.

Take a look at the variety of services we’ve developed that you can offer customers as a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchisee!

Home Moving

You can probably guess this, but home moving is where it all began for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK when the original “two men” – Brig Sorber and Jon Sorber – began moving belongings in the Lansing, Michigan area as a way to make extra cash in the early ’80s. This is our bread and butter and who we are at our core.

Long-distance moves

Long-distance moving is another long-time service option for customers. We offer a traditional expedited long-distance relocation plan, as well as our Value Flex crated option for long-distance moves.

Junk removal

One of the newer service options at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, our brand is taking junk removal head on and making a name for ourselves in this space. We can pick up, haul away, and properly dispose of most unwanted items from a home or business.

Load and Unloading

Sometimes, you’ll find customers who just want the moving help but don’t want to pay for the truck or the full moving experience. We’re able to send our movers to do the heavy lifting for them and save them the trouble.

Business Moving and Storage

As a business, we understand what it’s like to be a business, and we tailor our business moving plans to fit the needs of business owners so they feel comfortable hiring us to move their office buildings or office equipment with little to no interruptions to their operations.

Condo, Apartment, and Rental Moves

Not every move is a home or business move, and people will often hire movers to take them to and from rental properties. Different rules and regulations come into play when planning for these types of moves.

Delivery

When customers purchase large appliances, pieces of furniture, or other large and bulky items, they can call TWO MEN AND A TRUCK to schedule a pickup and delivery of the item to their homes. This saves them the hassle and pain of transporting it and getting it into the home on their own.

In-Home Moving

Sometimes customers just need the moving help, and not the truck. We’ll step in to do as little or as much in-home moving as a customer needs, from moving furniture in or around the home to helping with home staging, decluttering, and more.

Storage

Select TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchises offer on-site storage for customers, eliminating the need for finding separate storage solutions while moving and instead offer an all-inclusive moving and storage experience.

Packing and Moving Supplies

We offer a full line of packing and moving supplies for customers so they have everything they need to get their move done right. If they want, they can even call our teams to come pack up as little or as much as they’d like.
