Since the days of literally “two men and a truck” working for extra little extra spending money in the Lansing, Mich., area to being the largest franchised moving company in the United States, we’ve worked to build a brand that helps people move forward in life while also giving back. Founder Mary Ellen Sheets’ simple idea has opened doors for people from all walks of life, and we still carry the mindset of that small, local moving company from Lansing.
What started off as a simple idea – two high school brothers moving people’s belongings for extra spending money –turned into a journey that has spanned over three decades and more than 7.5 million moves as a brand.
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK started off with humble beginnings and has remained a humble company despite growing its reach to 44 different states, and even internationally in Canada, Ireland, and the United Kingdom.
