With this idea in mind, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK created the mini-market franchise model, which allows us to bring the reputation we’ve built in the moving industry to areas with smaller populations. This is perfect for potential franchisees who have wanted to get into franchising and own their own businesses, but on a smaller scale than with a traditional market.

The mini market option began in 2017 and has continued to grow at a rapid pace ever since. We are already in the double-digits for mini market locations with territories still available!

Our mini market plan got its start in two states – Montana and Wyoming – and both have found sustained success ever since opening their doors. They’ve helped us fine-tune the blueprint for the minimarket model, learning what works and what doesn’t work, which allows us to provide best practices and useful information to franchisees opening mini markets moving forward.

Wyoming franchisees use TWO MEN AND A TRUCK’s mini-market model to excel in smaller territory

While there are certainly smaller-sized cities and regions throughout the country, one thing’s for sure … there is still a need for professional moving services!

This was the driving idea behind TWO MEN AND A TRUCK’s mini-market franchise model, which was designed to bring our world-class, professional moving services to areas with smaller populations. It gives potential franchises the opportunity to open their own TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise, but at an investment cost that is lower than our traditional franchise model.

There’s quite a bit that goes into business ownership, and opening a franchise with a trusted brand is one way people can get into business ownership themselves. We know that sometimes our traditional franchise model is not the right fit for some perspective franchisees, which is why we developed our mini-market franchise model which debuted in 2017.
