2018 is in the books, and although 2019 signals an opportunity for new change, ideas, and growth – it’s business as usual for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchisees, who have already been working diligently to get their franchises ready for the New Year.

In order for our franchises to continue offering the best moving services possible, there’s not much time to stop and relax, and it’s this hardworking attitude that has allowed us to grow so much as a brand. On the banks of the Red Cedar River in East Lansing, Mich., TWO MEN AND A TRUCK’s top frontline team members — everyone from movers, drivers, customer service representatives, and managers — gathered to learn the latest and greatest with the company and learn how they can further advance their careers.

The 18th annual Frontline Annual Meeting, an event held at the Kellogg Center and the campus of Michigan State University, is specifically for the frontline staff of franchises from all across the country. From town hall-style gatherings to general sessions with company executives, hands-on learning labs, informational training sessions, and a fun tailgate and tour of the town – team members were treated to a week of excitement with the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Home Office team while also learning best practices and tips to implement at their locations. When Bryan Jones first hired into the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® family as mover, it didn’t take very long for him to make an impression on those he worked for.

As a college student at Louisiana State University, Jones found himself looking to make some extra cash in between semesters during the summer. He had spent some time working construction, but wanted a different challenge, and stumbled across the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Baton Rouge location. The busy moving season is coming to a close as we enter the fall months at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, but it was business as usual this week in Lansing, Mich., as franchisees and managers from the network met for the Fall Franchise Conference and Expo.

Held at the Lansing Center in downtown Lansing, franchisees and their team members from all over  North America met with Home Office support teams to learn the latest company news and best practices, hear directly from the executive team on the direction of the brand, and meet with vendors in a fun and interactive setting.
